Target has the Apple® iPad mini 16GB Wi-Fi marked down to $199!!! This is the lowest price I have seen! Plus, if you have a Target Red card (like a debit card) you will get an additional 5% off and if you take a reusable bag you will get another $.05 off!!!! That makes it a GREAT deal!
